We partner with Olena Zolotukhina to offer grooming service at emBARK. Olena is a qualified and experienced groomer serving the lower mainland BC.

We work with several certified dog trainers, each specializes in slightly different aspects of dog trainings.

Emily Gestrin

Emily Gestrin is the owner and training consultant at Mutts Up, who provides group classes such as: Puppy Foundations and Basic Manners. Emily graduated from the world-renowned Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behaviour and is a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA-CTP). Jane Eskuri

Jane Eskuri is the owner and training consultant at PupStart.Dog. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, with a Certificate in Applied Animal Behavior from University of Washington. Additionally, Jane is a Certified Trick Dog Instructor and a Control Unleashed Certified Instructor. Jane’s enthusiasm for learning and education fuels her continuing education into the science of dog training.

Dog sports are her hobby, and you will find she has competed in Scent Work, Obedience, Trick dog, Dock Diving, Rally, Agility, Tracking, Barn Hunt, Draft Dog and Flyball. Jane believes in reward-based dog training which is kind and fun for both ends of the leash. Her goal is to help people understand how to communicate with their dog. Most of us misunderstand how dogs learn. It is easier for people to get the behaviours they want from their dog through clear communication. Boarding

We offer boarding services to dogs who are currently attending daycare, subject to staff’s availability. You dogs will boarded at either our spacious facility or in the home of one of our lovely staff.
