We’re convenient located steps away from the Moody Centre station, with connections to both the Millennium SkyTrain line and the West Coast Express. We offer complimentary parking for all guests during drop offs and pick ups.
We’re open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
We’re working hard to extend our operating hours. If you’d like to send your dog to daycare during the weekend, please let us know!
What type of dogs do you take?
Our facility is designed to cater exclusively to small & medium dogs. Our dog clients are generally less than 35lbs. If you’re not sure if your dog qualifies, give us a call at 604-492-4993 to find out.
What services do you offer, and how much do they cost?
We currently offer daycare, grooming, training & grooming services. Visit our Pricing page for the most updated fees of our services.
We are currently upgrading our facilities to offer overnight boarding services. If you’d like to use our boarding service, please let us know!
Why do you require vaccinations?
It is our mandate to provide a safe and healthy environment for all of our canine guests. Up-to-date vaccinations help prevent the spread of diseases, thus ensuring a quality stay for all dogs and the peace of mind for all dog parents.
Of course! On your dog’s assessment day, we are happy to give you a complimentary tour of the facilities.
Can I tour the facilities before sending my dog?
Our powerful digital service platform keeps track of each dog’s special requirements and enables our staff to track and schedule individual meal times and medication requirements. You can let our staff know when dropping your dog off, or update the dog’s profile through our Customer Online Portal.
Food and medications (if provided by you), will be given to your dog in a private area, so they can enjoy their meal without any interruptions.

Here’s what a day at emBARK would look like for your dog.
What is a typical day at emBARK?
6:00 AM: Opening Time
We open early every weekday morning to greet old friends and meet new ones. A friendly staff member will welcome each dog into the daycare.
9:30 AM: Play Time
It’s group work out time with ball games and upbeat music to release some energy. Our staff carefully monitor play groups to ensure the safety of all dogs.
12:00 PM: Lunch Time
Our staff caters to your dog’s every need, including medication administration and dietary requirements, as needed. Each dog can enjoy their meal time in a private area with the food provided by you.
2:00 PM: Potty Time
We provide comfy dog beds and private space for the pups that need a quick nap after an intense work out. Each dog is routinely taken to our fenced outdoor area for potty time. This routine ensures dogs who have been potty trained don’t lose their good habit.
4:30 PM: Home Time
As pickups begin, some dogs may get anxious to see their friends leaving. Dogs who are getting picked up are quickly removed from the play area to minimize disruptions for the group.
6:00 PM: Cleaning Time
Once the last pet guest has gone home, our staff thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire premise with dog-safe cleaning agents to ensure the space is spotless for the next day.
